The New York City Cat Crisis is at a peak. Between unaffordable veterinary care, increased housing instability, and limited support for rescuers and people alike there are estimates that show there are over half a million cats currently outside on the streets. At 10 Lives, we are working to support both the people and the cats impacted by these issues.
